Mentorship: Assisting Businesswomen in Harnessing Their Full Potential

Definition of mentor:
a wise and trusted counselor or teacher; an influential senior sponsor or supporter.

What is mentorship?

One way to define it is: a wise and trusted counselor or teacher; an influential senior sponsor or supporter. In today’s fast paced business word who wouldn’t want someone in whom they could trust who would provide support and resources? There are many kinds of mentorship ranging from informal meetings with colleagues to structured formal programs. So, whether you are an experienced business woman who has knowledge to share, or a “newbie” just starting out, take the time to consider mentorship and all that it has to offer.
